In countries where there is no dealer or sales representative (dealers are currently present in Poland, USA, Hong Kong, South Africa, Russia, UK, New Zealand and Australia) we sell factory-direct.
All continental European Union buys factory-direct through the Lampizator Shop (Paypal, all credit cards, bank transfer)
ATTENTION: The 7 day return and test policy is valid only for direct sales from the Factory. On territories covered by dealers, dealer has his own test and return policy.
HOW TO ORDER A PRODUCT FROM US ?
To order a product you should contact one of our representatives listed above.
If your country is not on the list you will be served directly by the factory in Poland.
To order a product you should start by filling out the forms available on this website per each product line.
ONLY PROPERLY FILLED ORDER FORM GUARANTEES THAT YOU WILL GET EXACTLY WHAT YOU ORDER WITH ALL THE OPTIONS.
We may require a small downpayment and then WE REQUIRE A FULL PAYMENT ONLY WHEN THE PRODUCT IS PACKED AND READY TO SHIP.
We ship the products mainly by DHL, which is our forwarding partner of choice. That means you get the goods within 48 hours and intact. Our packing is second to none because it is based on several hundreds of shipments we made so far.
